What aluminum tanks does AlumiTank make for International?

We offer cylindrical, rectangular, and D-shape tanks for International (Navistar). Cylindrical tanks come in 24", 26", and 26.25" diameters, in lengths up to 90" weld-to-weld.

How do I know what fittings my International tank uses?

International trucks use a mix of NPT and SAE threads depending on the model and year. If your tank has quick-connect (VOSS-style) fittings, those are SAE straight threads with an O-ring seal rather than NPT. Pull a fitting and look for the O-ring to confirm, and let us know what you find so we match the threads correctly.

How are rectangular and D-shape International tanks plumbed?

They use an integrated manifold with a 1/2" draw tube, a 3/8" return tube, a 1/2" NPT vent port, and a standard 5-hole SAE sending unit hole. These tubes are welded in.

Does the tank come with a fuel cap?

Tanks with the 2" 11.5 TPI fill neck include a new brass fuel cap.

What finishes are available for International tanks?

Polished is available on cylindrical tanks, and Milgrade is available on cylindrical, rectangular, and D-shape tanks.
