Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping

In-stock tanks and parts ordered by 12:00 PM (Noon) CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, and made-to-order or custom items, ship according to the lead time quoted at the time of order.

Smaller parts and accessories ship via standard parcel carriers. Fuel tanks and other oversized items ship via LTL freight.

Freight Charges

The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount you pay for the delivery options you select — we do not bill additional freight charges after your order is placed. If your delivery requirements differ from what was selected at checkout (for example, liftgate service, residential delivery, or limited-access locations not indicated at the time of order), additional carrier fees may apply.

Freight Damage

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If damage is visible at delivery: note it on the delivery receipt before signing, take clear photos of the product and packaging, and file a damage claim directly with the freight carrier.

If damage is concealed (not visible at delivery): report it to AlumiTank within 48 hours of delivery. Email clear photos and order details to sales@alumitank.com.

AlumiTank is not responsible for freight damage; shipping claims must be filed with the carrier. We're happy to assist with documentation or questions during the process.
