What aluminum tanks does AlumiTank make for Kenworth?

We offer cylindrical, rectangular, and split tanks for Kenworth. Cylindrical tanks come in 22", 24.5", and 28.5" diameters, in lengths up to 90" weld-to-weld.

Does the year of my Kenworth matter when ordering a tank?

Yes. Kenworth changed its draw tube design in 2010. Pre-2010 trucks use threaded drop-in draw tubes; 2010-and-newer trucks use weld-in draw tubes. If you're replacing only one tank in a pair, mixing the two styles can cause fuel equalization problems — so let us know your truck's year.

I'm only replacing one of my two tanks — does that matter?

It can. Both tanks in a dual setup need compatible draw tube designs to equalize fuel properly. Tell us whether you're replacing one tank or both, and what year your truck is, so we make sure the new tank matches.

Can I get a split tank for my Kenworth?

Yes. Our Kenworth split tanks can be built to the OEM configuration — two 1-1/2" NPT heavy-duty flanges for draw and return, a 1" NPT vent, and a Kenworth-style fill neck for the hydraulic section — or with our simplified AT Split design. The fuel side is a direct OEM replacement.
