Return & Freight Policy

✅ RETURNS

  • All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our team at sales@alumitank.com or call 1-800-652-6630 before returning any item.
  • Custom tanks are non-returnable unless they are inspected and confirmed to have a defect in workmanship.
  • Standard (non-custom) products may be returned if:
    • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
    • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
    • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method, excluding applicable fees.

🚚 FREIGHT DAMAGE

To protect your purchase, we recommend inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.

  • If damage is visible upon delivery:
    • Note it on the delivery receipt before signing for the shipment.
    • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
    • File a damage claim directly with the freight carrier.
  • If damage is concealed (not visible at delivery):
    • Report the issue to AlumiTank within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Email clear photos and order details to sales@alumitank.com.
Note: AlumiTank is not responsible for freight damage. Shipping claims must be filed with the carrier. However, we are happy to assist with documentation or questions during the process.
