AlumiTank Style Tank Conversions
In need of a replacement tank but you currently do not have cylindrical style fuel tanks already? Have no fear as there are still options for you. We can craft a fuel tank that is a cylindrical conversion of the tanks you have and get you back on the road again. Feel free to read more information for the style conversion that applies to you.
We would like to thank Green Lake County out of Wisconsin for allowing us to outfit their trucks with our tanks and for us to use their trucks with their old tanks for use on this page.

Tank Conversion Worksheet #1 - PDF

| Worksheet #1 | This worksheet is an end view of your truck and fuel tank. Please fill in all the blank lines and empty boxes with the apporiate information or dimension. This sheet will allow us to position the converted tank such that steps line up and do not hang too far out. It will also verify other important thing such as the clearance off of the ground. |
| Worksheet #2 | This worksheet is a blank rough silhouette of a non-cylindrical style tank. Please note that your tank may or may not be similar to this as you may have a "D" shaped tank. Use this worksheet to illustrate to us your existing tank and the layout of your fittings. Please give us fittings sizes / labels and dimensions from the lateral weld seam and either end cap weld to center of fitting. You may use the illustrations on worksheet #3 to assist you in your drawing. |
| Worksheet #3 | Use this worksheet to verify the fittings on your existing tank or fittings you would like added to your converted tank. Please be aware that adding certain additional fittings will encure an upcharge. Use the illustrations on this page to help draw out your fittings on worksheet #2. |

GMC / Topkick / Kodiak Style Conversions
We are pleased to announce that we also are able to produce converted tanks to fit your GMC Style or Topkick Style or Kodiak Style truck. This converted cylindrical tank will be made as per your existing specs, modified to fit on a cylindrical tank. It will also include a plate on top of tank to allow for a customer to install his/her existing sender gauge and draw plate right into our version. Below are some pictures of a conversion we did for one of our customers.
